1. Caprylic Acid
Caprylic acid is a fatty acid found in coconut oil which is a very potent antifungal and anti-yeast agent, which makes it really helpful for climbing your body of Candida. If by chance you can’t get the tablets, you may just take a tablespoon of coconut oil several times a day.
Garlic essentially has the same effect on Candida that’s said to have on vampires: It eradicates it That’s because it’s a very powerful anti-fungal, anti-microbial and antibacterial agent. You can take it in garlic supplements or cook it in your food, but the most powerful method is to crush it up raw and swallow it down.
3. Oregano Oil
Oregano oil is a much more potent version of oregano, which is a herb that we typically put on our pasta. You can take it by simply putting a few drops under your tongue and letting it sit there for a moment. You can also put it in empty veggie caps and shoot them back with a sip of water. Do this about two or three times on the day for a two-week span at the most, then take a couple days off. Your body used become to oregano oil to the point that its benefits don’t work on you anymore, so you want to use it in cycles.
4. Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar has antifungal and antibacterial properties and is so tremendous for your health that you really should be taken more as you possibly can. Add one or two tablespoons in a glass of water and drink that a few times a day.
5. Hydrogen Peroxide
A warning: Ingesting hydrogen peroxide requires some guidance, so see if you can find someone knowledgeable at your local health food store. Secondly, you can ONLY do this with 35% food-grade hydrogen peroxide. Take a small drop and add it to a glass of water. You only want to take it sparingly. What you’re basically doing is giving yourself a hit of super-oxygen. Too much is no good, but just the right amount is very effective at eradicating a lot of this yeast and fungus that can take hold inside your body.
